The App may access your location to show nearby stations and train information. Location is used on-device for this feature.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple services and MTR public data APIs to provide functionality, including:

• Apple MapKit / Core Location (nearby search and map display)
• Apple App Store / StoreKit (subscriptions and purchase restore)
• MTR API (next-train schedule data)

Data handling by these providers is governed by their own privacy terms.

4. In-App Purchases

Subscription processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details.

5. Data Retention

App preferences (for example language, theme, pinned stations) are stored locally on your device.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
